Investor & corporate accounts · Pakistan
We prepare, review and submit the documents for individual, corporate and overseas investor accounts — and run full CDS eligibility projects for companies moving shares from physical certificates to electronic form. You get one point of contact and a fixed fee.
What we do
Whether you are a first-time investor or a group of companies, the bottleneck is almost always documentation. That is the part we own.
How it works
You will always know what is outstanding, who has it, and what happens next.
A short call to understand the entity, the account type you need and your timeline. No charge, no obligation.
You get a written checklist specific to your case. We review what you send and flag anything that will cause a rejection.
We draft the forms, resolutions and declarations, assemble the file and submit it to the broker, CDC or authority.
We chase the queries, supply the clarifications and keep you updated until the account or eligibility is live.
Documents
Gather these and you are most of the way there. Anything missing, we will tell you how to get it.
Overseas investors: add passport, proof of overseas address and, where required, attested copies.
CDS eligibility projects also need the shareholder register and share certificate records.

Why Getsaz
Most delays are not caused by the regulator. They are caused by a form that was filled in inconsistently.
Names, CNIC numbers and signatures are checked against each other before anything is submitted.
A file that is complete the first time does not come back for clarification. That is where the time is saved.
One person owns your file from the first call to final approval. You are never re-explaining your case.
A fixed scope and a fixed fee, quoted before we start. Third-party charges are passed through at cost.
Your documents are shared only with the broker, CDC or authority that needs them. NDA on request.
FAQ
Individual accounts are usually the quickest — once your CNIC, bank details and nominee information are in order, the file can go in within days. Corporate accounts take longer, because board resolutions and beneficial ownership declarations have to be signed and verified. CDS eligibility projects run longest, since they involve the share registrar and more than one approval.
Document readiness is by far the biggest factor. After the free consultation you get a realistic timeline in writing.
Yes. We handle overseas Pakistanis and foreign corporate investors regularly. That normally means setting up an SCRA (Special Convertible Rupee Account) so funds can be brought in and repatriated later, obtaining an NTN, and arranging attestation of documents executed abroad.
The whole process can be run remotely — we coordinate couriers and signings around your time zone.
No markup. Our plan price covers our advisory and documentation work only. Any fee charged by a broker, CDC, SECP, the share registrar or a bank is a third-party cost, paid at actual, and is itemised in your quote before you commit.
The Central Depository System (CDS) is the electronic register operated by CDC that holds shares as book entries rather than paper certificates. A company whose shares are admitted to it is "CDS eligible", and its shares can then be transferred electronically.
It typically matters to companies preparing to list, companies whose shareholders want to trade or pledge their holdings, and any company still sitting on physical share certificates it wants to dematerialise. The work involves cleaning up the shareholder register and coordinating CDC, SECP and the share registrar.
No. Never. Getsaz is a consultancy, not a broker, bank or depository. Your money and your shares go directly to and sit with your licensed broker, bank or CDC. We only ever invoice you for our own consulting fee.
We find out exactly why, correct the file and resubmit — at no extra consulting charge within your plan's support window. That is part of what you are paying for.
What we cannot do is promise approval. The final decision always rests with the broker, CDC, SECP or other authority. What we can promise is that it will not be refused because of our paperwork.
Yes — the Essentials plan exists precisely for sole proprietors, small companies and individuals opening a first account. You get the same document review as a large client, scoped to a single entity and one account.
We invoice from our registered business account and accept bank transfer. One-time engagements are normally split between an advance on engagement and the balance on submission. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
Third-party fees are always paid separately, and wherever possible you pay those directly to the broker, CDC or authority rather than through us.
Tell us the entity and the account you need. We will tell you what it takes, what it costs and how long it should realistically take — before you pay anything.
Disclaimer. Getsaz is an independent consultancy. We are not a broker, bank or depository and do not hold client funds or securities. Final approval of any account or eligibility rests with the relevant broker, CDC, SECP or other authority. Fees paid to third parties are separate. Requirements change, so we confirm current rules at the time of engagement.
